Kelly was born and raised in south New Jersey right along the Jersey shore. She enjoyed spending time with her family, friends, and many pets. She grew up loving the beach and spending many summers playing in the ocean. Kelly was very active in sports, and played soccer and swimming for many years.
Kelly completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology at Stockton College. While at school there, she started seeing an acupuncturist and quickly fell in love with it after seeing the many benefits. This led her on the path to Maryland University of Integrative Health formerly known as Tai Sophia. She joined the September 2012 class of Acupuncture and graduated with her Master’s Degree in October 2016.
Kelly has been extensively trained to treat all different conditions, and she has a passion especially for treating sports injuries, fertility, and digestion. Kelly treats patients with a mixture of Five Element Acupuncture and TCM Acupuncture.

I had the pleasure of receiving acupuncture services from Ms. Kelly Ferguson. I had been treated previously and would come on a regular basis, if it was closer to my home. Ms. Ferguson is so professional while remaining very personable and warm. I came for services, because I could feel a cold starting and I didn’t want to get a full blown cold for the start of school. Not only did I get instant sinus relief, the cold never materialized.
Thank you so much for the acupuncture treatments you provided for me. I had never had acupuncture before and so I was understandably nervous. You were calm and professional and that alleviated any fears I had. In fact, if you remember, I actually fell asleep during my first treatment. How is that for “relaxed”? I left each time feeling better than when I arrived.
